Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements Experience in a fast-paced / customer-driven environment Good Attitude, Team Player Supply your own hand tools Complete ongoing training as required Has basic knowledge of general vehicle knowledge (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement) Suspension repair Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems Basic knowledge of cooling systems Basic knowledge of exhaust systems Basic Diagnostic abilities ASE Certifications are a plus! Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities Our Automotive Technicians diagnose problems in a timely manner Our Automotive Technicians repair vehicles and test drive for quality control Our Automotive Technicians keep the work area neat and clean Automotive Technician / Mechanic Benefits & Perks We pay into your 401K Retirement Plan with no requirements from you after 6 months of employment We pay for your Short Term Disability We pay for your Long Term Disability Insurance Plan/Health Benefits available after 30 days Paid automotive technician training Paid ASE Fees Paid Vacation Annual loyalty bonus.
