The manager will be part of a small team of employees working alongside an in-house full time maintenance staff.
The property is located in the lower Brownsboro Road area with an on-site management office.
The position offers a flexible and accommodating work schedule.
Ideal part-time position with limited after hours or weekend work.
Compensation is $22.

per hour (based on experience) working 3-5 hours per day.
Ideal candidate must come with a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills.
Good communication skills essential.
Experience in leasing required.
Responsibilities include:
advertising, handling tenant relations, enforcing leases, assisting in move-in and move-out inspections, rent collection Job Type:
