Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with their banking needs - Conduct financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers - Process loan payments and credit card payments - Assist clients with account inquiries and problem resolution - Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals - Maintain accurate cash management and balance cash drawer daily - Utilize math skills to accurately count and handle cash transactions - Operate a cash register and 10-key typing for efficient processing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred - Strong math skills and ability to perform retail math calculations accurately - Familiarity with cash management procedures and handling cash transactions - Proficient in operating a cash register and using 10-key typing for data entry We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
