Essential Functions:
Coordinates and directs the planning, analysis, and coordination of the activities of the PSD Commercial business to meet the objectives of the department and the Company Develops annual business plan and market strategy, implement, manage, and provide on-going direction for the Division Commercial sales, product support and Rental Services businesses Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards Assist work team to meet the objectives of the department and the Company Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English Provide direction, input, and strategy to branch sales and product support operations either directly or through other management to ensure the proper personnel, equipment, and processes are in place Provide periodic updates and reports to management on status of business plan and progress of objectives Provide liaison to all other corporate departments and operating areas in support of Commercial products efforts Review, critique, and develop related processes/procedures for PSD operations Make periodic branch visits to have an understanding of the people and processes in place at each location Provide recommendations, guidance, and counsel to achieve goals and improve processes Develop and/or administer product and product support merchandising plans and programs Hire, train, and supervise staff Work with employees to set aggressive professional and achievable goals to enhance the employees performance Use coaching techniques to recognize employees accomplishments and strengths and to improve any other areas Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis and prepare the related Position Descriptions, Performance Appraisals, and salary administration Ensure all staff follow corporate and departmental standards and practices and take disciplinary action when required Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures Perform other duties as necessary and assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
