The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medspa, planning and overseeing medspa growth, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and efficient administrative processes.
The medspa Director of Operations will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and oversee strategies related to medspa growth.
Manage and supervise the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and answering phone calls.
Coordinate and oversee the administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, managing inventory, and ordering supplies.
Ensure the medspa is compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation and following safety protocols.
Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth coordination of services and effective communication.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues to the client's satisfaction.
Monitor and manage financial transactions, including processing payments, handling insurance claims, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and technologies to provide recommendations for improving the medspa's services.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
