Whether you have 15
years of experience, or have not one single clue about the automotive industry, we will make sure that you are set up for success.
What you will do:
Promptly greet customers in the service drive.
Perform walk-around of the customer vehicle to document existing damage, tire condition, and note any opportunities to provide services such as detail, dent removal, or address paint chips.
Listen to customer's complaints and description of symptoms, clarify description of problems, and check vehicle maintenance records.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers based upon a menu of recommended services.
Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations.
Verify availability of required repair parts.
Explain cost, service process, and time requirements to customers thoroughly.
Establish completion expectations with the customer.
Monitor repair progress.
Inform customer when vehicle is ready and customer concerns have been addressed.
Interpret and clarify repair procedures with the customer.
Document information about services performed or recommendations.
Explain any cost adjustments to customers.
Maintain satisfactory customer service scores as prescribed by the manufacturer and dealer.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
Conduct post repair follow up.
What you need to qualify:
Valid drivers license Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening Must be detail and goal oriented positive attitude Great customer service skills, follow up, and sales experience How will you succeed? Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
