Responsibilities:
As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for:
1Managing all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and attending court hearings and trials.2Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment law issues, including wage and hour disputes, workplace harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.3Representing clients in class action lawsuits, ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected.4Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.5Collaborating with other attorneys to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.6Conducting legal research and analysis to stay abreast of current trends and developments in employment law.7Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and the court.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate position will possess the following:
