SAP Business Analyst

SUMMARYThe SAP Business Analyst, as a member of the CDI IT BRM - Corporate team, supports enterprise business and financial software solutions and systemsThis role involves directly monitoring, developing, designing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors and PayrollThe position will closely collaborate with vendors, corporate and property IT teams, project stakeholders, business leaders, and end users to work on enterprise application implantation, operations, and supportThe SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for active participation in meetings discussing projects, software requirements, installations, implementations, planning, training, and/or operational needsThe ideal candidate should demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and proficiency in acquiring new application and technical expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Partner with stakeholders, business leaders and customers across the organization to implement innovative solutions to business-critical challenges.
Functionally serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll during the implementation and post go live process.
Maintenance, enhancement, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll modules and those that interface with other applications.
Develop and maintain a strong SAP user community through end-user training, support, and knowledge sharing to keep solution aligned with the business.
Clarify and deepen the understanding of business processes, pain points, business needs, and desires of stakeholders.
Manage multiple complex, high priority projects simultaneously with a high level of quality and accuracy.
Act as a liaison between business leaders and IT to communicate priorities, while managing functional and technical requirements for support and projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, document and support solutions in new and existing enterprise applications.
Build and maintain relationships with application software and service suppliers, engaging them for service when appropriate and managing their efforts when they are engaged.
Lead and continually identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in business processes and systems.
Support, manage, deploy, and communicate enterprise application upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
Provide end user support and training for SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll applications.
Identify and resolve end user gaps in application use skills and business process understanding.
Create and maintain end-user training documentation, technical guides, user acceptance testing scripts and project status updates.
REGULATORYAbility to obtain racing and/or gaming licenses as required in any jurisdiction where CDI operatesThe Gaming industry is highly regulated and as such demands an extensive background check to obtain a license.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline and 2 years of related work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience in enterprise software configuration, architecture, and integration.
SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll business analysis experience.
SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll functional/configuration experience Ability to lead and facilitate project discussions with all levels of the business.
Proven success in implementing enterprise applications.
Strong business and financial systems understanding Three
years of experience supporting enterprise applications - SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Agiloft experience a plus.
ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Toyota Lean, and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM methodologies preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
