We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused desk agent and Shuttle Driver to join our team.
As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
As a front desk agent you will answer calls, help guest, check in, check out guest, and adhere to the brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Check guest in / out - Answer calls - Make reservations - Assist with any guest questions or complaints - Adhere to all Marriott brand standards - Safely operate the shuttle vehicle to transport guests to and from designated locations - Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or belongings - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing information about the hotel or local area - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving - Report any vehicle maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
