You will be the first point of contact for many potential and current customers and represent the hard work that goes into delivering an excellent customer experience at Neil Huffman Acura.
This job is to assist the department with administrative and clerical support.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
DUTIES:
1.
) Answer phones and take messages for specific people as assigned.
2.
) Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
3.
) Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
4.
) Maintain neat and professional appearance of person and work area.
5.
) Arrive before designated starting time.
6.
) Complete all paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner.
7.
) Extend hospitality (offer coffee, etc.
) to all customers in waiting area.
8.
) Log all sales calls.
9.
) Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager.
