Responsibilities :
Understand, identify, assess, and document business requirements.
Communicate business requirements and functional specifications clearly to development and testing teams.
Design and/or develop solutions on force.com platform which are scalable and flexible to include future business needs.
Design and/or develop interfaces with 3rd party
services
, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools.
Lead the development team in delivering the solution.
Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
Recommend best practices.

Salesforce.com Advanced Developer or Developer Certified
Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform
Custom development experience in Force.com (Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications
Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems
Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules, third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc), the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, etc.)
Preferred but not mandatory :
Experience in Healthcare and/or Insurance / Financial Services Projects.
Salesforce.com Admin/Advanced Admin Certification.
Education Requirements & Experience :
Bachelors / Masters degree in technology field or equivalent work experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
