Unified Communications Engineer

Responsible for moderately complex engineering and/or analytical activities associated with one or more technical areas such as but not limited to voice/data/video network design, engineering, network hardware and associated operating systems, third party products, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance or operations/user support. Engineer will provide support for NERC-CIP projects and Electronic Access Control and Monitoring (EACM) systems.

Recommended Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. Possesses 2-4 years technical Network support experience and CCNA or CCNP certification.

Special Qualifications
A successful academic or work background indicating a demonstrated ability to absorb information, apply conceptual skills in practical applications, achieve desired results in a highly technical, operating environment. Incumbent must effectively deal with the rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment and common sense. Skills should include experience with one or more of the following: Cisco Network, Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, and Cisco Wireless.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
