Sodexo is currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our large commissary, production areas, catering operations and operational kitchen located on the campus of the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. This campus is home to over 23,000 students and Sodexo provides a wide variety of food service options across 2 campus locations.
Reporting to the Operations Director this high impact position will be responsible for purchasing, inventory, food and labor cost control, HACCP compliance and training and development for a team of 35. This position will require a flexible, energetic , organized manager with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. Campus

Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of food production employees. Responsible for the purchasing and receiving of food and supplies, as well as monitoring the inventory. Maintains food production records/cost indicators. Plans and costs menus.
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
