Client Onboarding 401K Team Manager
This role is responsible for leading a team of Implementation Project Managers tasked with the implementation of new clients and conversion clients supporting the MA/SBS RS sales organization. Direct reports include 8-12 Implementation project managers. Reports are in the office and remote with alignment with the overseas team in India. In addition to understanding 401(k) administration, the teams must understand ERISA regulations relative to Sarbanes Oxley blackout notice requirements, ADP prototype documents and service models and ADP payroll platforms and DOL requirements.
Essential responsibilities:
Position requires continually measuring and communicating team performance against established goals providing guidance and course corrections if necessary, with the goal of driving continuous improvement in delivering services to the end client.
The position also includes ensuring up to date compliance guidelines for plan administration and plan document limitations. Complexity of plan implementations range from start up business with no assets to conversion cases that may include fund mapping requirements and non standard plan documents.
75% of all RS Implementations involve a registered financial advisor who is serviced on each deal as a second client.
The functions in these groups carry significant financial risk with a continuous focus on minimizing Errors and Omissions.
The strategic objectives are directly linked to increasing revenue to RS via:
-Reduction of No Start rate
-Speed to Start (New Starts)
-Speed to Migration (Conversion Plans)
-Speed to Approval
-Easy Onboarding Client Experience
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Minimum 3 years successful performance in the following experience and skills are required:
-Experience in a Process/Team Management Role or as a Team Lead
-Ability to manage workflow and assignments
-Experience with research and discussions with clients on escalated issues
-Direct client interface experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in HRIS, Payroll, Benefits related technologies and/or systems implementations
-Ability to work in a high volume environment with defined deadlines
-Proven track record on implementing change
The following qualifications are preferred:
-Bachelor's Degree in a Business concentration or related field
-Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience
-Client Implementation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
