Our Southern Indiana client is hiring a Software Developer with creative thinking skills, who wants to be part of a company on the cutting edge of technology. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is a must. This position will require a committed individual with the ability to express and defend their opinions and ideas. You will work with an intense and passionate team of developers on new product development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Working on a team bringing a new product to market
Contributing to architecture and design of product features and capabilities
Work closely with business analysts and developers to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements
Research new tools and technologies for use within the team
Assist in the troubleshooting of code defects and deploy timely fixes

Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
Experience working with large data
Experience with data visualization and data representation
Experience in distributed computing
Strong background in Computer Science with an emphasis in Mathematics and Formal Logic
Experience designing and implementing algorithms
Programming language agnostic
Strong analytical skills
Javascript, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix
iOS, Android

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
