Assignment Capsule
As a Digital Pharmacy Consultant you will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view, direction and user experience of Pharmacy Digital properties, including mail-order pharmacy. This is a cross-functional position that requires the individual to work with project managers, implementation and promotional teams.
Partner in developing digital strategy for pharmacy experience across all devices
Assist with the development of digital strategies that drive improvements in utilization and sales conversion, translating to increases in customer acquisition, retention and up/cross-sales.
Lead the eCommerce program team in day to day initiatives overseeing on-site content, product promotions, email marketing, new functionality and analysis of analytics
Develop requirements from the digital strategy for implementation team to implement
Track and evaluate site user behavior; make recommendations to improve user experience and conversions
Responsible for increasing digital utilization
Assist in the development of overall promotional plan
Monitor industry trends and competitor web sites

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Candidates for this position must have the following skills:
Bachelor's degree required
3 years of experience in eCommerce and/or web development and strategies, including content development, creative design, QA testing and web analytics
Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, leadership and multitasking skills.
Experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation
Knowledge of digital user experience best practices
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Role Desirables
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience with pharmacy benefits and health benefits
Experience with SEO, SEM
Experience with identifying trending through data analysis
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Manager. This role is under the leadership of the Director within Humana Pharmacy Solutions.
