Do you have interest in playing a vital role at the largest Geek Squad computer repair facility in the world? Geek Squad City is home to hundreds of Geek Squad Agents and support personnel who are passionate about making technology work for everyone. We are looking for individuals with dedication and drive to join our Geek Squad Part Specialist team.
Geek Squad Parts Specialists work as part of a 25-30 person team and are responsible for the following objectives:
- Ensure accuracy and turn time of part orders
- Enter Agent part requests in Geek Squad parts management system
- Interact with other departments and Agents to resolve part issues
- Help ensure proper procedures are followed by Agents
- Communicate with management any issues or discrepancies with part orders
- Be flexible and willing to try new ideas
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized department
Basic Qualifications
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- 6 months experience in parts ordering/receiving
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience with STAR & Smart Parts systems

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
