This will be a 1st shift position, Monday thru Friday, full-time.
May need to be available to work on Saturdays
Do you have interest in playing a vital role at the largest Geek Squad computer repair facility in the world? Are you a geek at heart? Do you like tearing apart and rebuilding computers? If so, this may be the job for you! As a Counter Intelligence Agent (CIA) at Geek Squad City, you will work in a fast paced team atmosphere focusing on hardware repair on Apple laptops or All in Ones. Geek Squad City is home to hundreds of Geek Squad Agents and support personnel who are passionate about making technology work for everyone. We are looking for individuals with dedication and drive to join our ranks.
CIAs perform high quality repairs on customer computers by replacing all defective parts and addressing all reported symptoms which qualify under the customer''s warranty or are approved for cash-on-delivery. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more experience diagnosing and repairing Apple computers
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience diagnosing and repairing Apple computers
- Technical or Associate''s degree in computer science and/or electronic repair
- Manufacturer Certificate(s)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
