Customer Service Rep

Company Name:
Company interested in hiring a CSR with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing setting (preferably printing or packaging). You will act as a liason between operations and customer, help to resolve customer issues and handle orders.
Job duties:
Assist current team members in customer service dept
Coordinate communications between customer service dept, scheduling, sales, shipping and receiving depts
Assist with customer orders and possess product knowledge
Process customer orders and file appropriate documents
Provide timely feedback regarding customer concerns
Exceed customer's expectations
Good at organization and multi-tasking
High degree of initiative and able to work with little supervison
Strong customer orientation and a team player
Possess strong computer skills including MS suite and ability to learn new systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
