Provide high quality customer service to patients, providers and pharmaceutical company representatives for high priced prescription drugs with reimbursement challenges.
Develop and operationally manage Product Support Hotlines to conform to client contract and RxCrossroads policies and procedures.
Measure, monitor and report on KPI's with client as well as internal standards
Manage program to ensure profitability.
Develop and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Develop and implement customized Standard Operating Procedures to accommodate the specific needs of specialty drugs.
Assist pharmaceutical sales representatives by providing statistics on drug sales.
Serves as a liaison among patients, physician offices, payers and pharmaceutical company representatives for specific drug programs.
Manage, recruit, train and develop program team members.

Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Internal/External Contact: The Program Manager will be in regular contact with patients, physician offices, payers and pharmaceutical company representatives.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required: 3 to 5 years experience working for, a healthcare insurance company, drug reimbursement call center or a physician billing office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (except where noted as preferred):
Extensive knowledge on drug reimbursement issues and claim adjudication process, and private insurance and Medicare/Medicaid billing/coding ; also knowledge of navigation through prior authorization.
Ability to express ideas clearly both written and oral communications. Strong attention to detail and ability too handle multiple tasks well. Strong computer skills required; preferably Microsoft Word or Excel software applications. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to analyze program data to identify strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities for improvement and benchmarks. Ability to speak effectively before groups/customers or employees of organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages. Flexibility to change priorities as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Mostly sedentary work. Ability to correctly input data into the computer. Able to communicate effectively with customers whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
