Position: Time & Attendance/Staff Scheduling Systems Administrator

This position is primarily responsible for supporting API Healthcare Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling applications.
Job responsibilities:
Performs technical duties such as researching, testing, debugging, training, documenting, installing and supporting API Healthcare applications.
Participates and lead project teams, special projects and other tasks as assigned by the Manager and/or Director.
Develops specifications and conduct research with the assistance of users and others to design and deliver application enhancements. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to other technical staff.
Manages projects, accomplish goals and provide end-user training as needed.

Must haves:
Requires experience implementing/upgrading API Healthcare applications or similar software (Kronos).
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have excellent technical, problem solving and communication

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
