Assignment Capsule
As the MRM Business Consultant the incumbent will: work on the Medical Records Management Team, supporting both the Provider and Associate Portals. The incumbent will provide all support for the MRM tool including, but not limited to implementing enhancements, security, functionality and testing. In addition, the incumbent will address issues and provide testing/training on new functionality. They will serve as a subject matter expert lead on special projects, providing timely and accurate analysis, design and testing coordination, and documentation of complex business tasks and processes. The incumbent will also develop schedules and plans for the coordination and management of resources to establish more efficient business operations.
Consult with other business areas to create cost benefit analyses, gather requirements, and write & execute test cases
Prepare and present recommendations to both internal and external audiences
Resolve general issues and defects
Act as a subject matter expert and lead agile projects
## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelor's degree or currently working towards a Bachelor's degree
Proficient with Visio, Power Point, Excel, and Word
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Project Management experience
Project work experience
Role Desirables
Progressive experience in the health service industry, healthcare finance or healthcare related consulting
Prior testing experience
Access, SQL, relational database experience
Bachelor's degree
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a PNO Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
