Be a part of the Group Consultancy PMO team -- be a strategic leader in cutting edge Healthcare.
Humana is seeking a Business Applications Architect who will: develop a comprehensive understanding of Humana's organizational structure and business needs, translating those demands into business strategies and roadmaps.
Partner with Humana's segments to develop an understanding of current state and create business strategies concerning future state in terms of capabilities across the enterprise
Map requirements, define solutions based on those requirements, and translate requirements into business strategies
Partner will business segments to discuss business expectations and help business expand and meet enterprise and wellness goals.
Create design models for web and data services and presentation components
Performing deep dive of Humana's wellness strategy by breaking it down into a business plan and working with PMO to create a project plan and implementation
Partner with leaders to understand the journey maps and industrial trends of the business initiatives to recommend solutions

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Comfortable speaking to all levels of associates and influencing decisions
Excellent facilitation and presentations skills
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience developing business strategies, creating roadmaps, and problem resolution
Prior experience working in a technical environment
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Ability to develop business conceptual solution designs
Role Desirables
Master's Degree preferred
Experience with process optimization
Prior consumer experience, and engagement
Understanding of Humana processes
Wellness experience
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
