Brady Corporation, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of safety products, has chosen Louisville for a brand new plant that will make an environmentally safe line of absorbent materials and spill-contained products.
A facility to house the plant is being constructed at Louisville Industrial Center on National Turnpike. Brady Corporation is building an 11 million, 230,000 square facility which is scheduled to be ready for Brady Corp. by March 1, 2014 and will employ 121 employees.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our Southern Louisville location. This is a permanent placement position that will pay between $32,100 - $45,900 annually, based on experience.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for using SAP to provide complete customer support for all existing and prospective customers including dealers, end-users, and inter-company customers. Provides guidance to the customer sales coordinators regarding orders. Answers and solves complex issues in the areas of product information, product ordering, availability, pricing, and billing. Maintains proper documentation regarding history of calls and keeps customer and leads database accurate.
Additional core duties will include, but not limited to:
- Uses SAP system to verify inventory or change orders
- Performs order entry and order tracking thru SAP
- Confirms order shipping status or makes shipping changes
- Keeps manager up to date on recurring issues or problems
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Qualifications and requirements include:
- SAP experience and knowledge required
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years related customer service experience
- General knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to solve problems
- 2 years college, preferred
- High School Diploma, minimum
