Randstad is looking for a Facility Assistant to fill a Temporary Position at the Corporate location of one of our Downtown Clients!
Responsible for Facility Work Order Request System through MS Outlook
Communicate Work Order status through E-mail
Find the appropriate service provider
Ensure work order is processed properly and timely'
Ensure all meeting rooms are ready for meetings
Set up coffee in Executive Offices
Remove coffee, dishes, etc. from meeting rooms after meetings
Monitor stock levels of stationery, janitorial and coffee supplies
Load and unload four dishwashers
Working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Experience as an Office Receptionist and Customer Service person with Hospitality environment
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be professional at all times, with strong integrity and respect for others
Must be discreet and ethical and committed to a high degree of confidentiality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
