As a Management Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. We bring individuals into our Management Training Program to master all aspects of our business . You will rotate through each position within a store spending the majority of the program in assistant management roles in the sales and the collections departments. You will gain an understanding of what it takes to run a profitable business and learn how to deliver superior customer service. In your development to become a successful manager at Aaron's, you''ll also learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own. Your GOAL is to complete all steps in the training program and demonstrate, through exceptional performance, you have the skills to be promoted to store General Manager .

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
