Summary:
Develop behavior intervention plans across all aspects of the program. Support their implementation through training and consultation with direct care staff, families, etc. Participate in the growth and development of Rehab Without Walls/ResCare Behavior Management for Adults & Children (BMAC) services and/or the Neuro-rehabilitation services. Work under general supervision.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepares written Behavior Intervention Plans and quarterly summary reports as needed for BMAC clients and/or Neuro-rehabilitation clients.
Trains BMAC and/or Neuro-rehabilitation clients, staff, family members, and/or other care providers in the specific protocols of the BIP.
Maintains and monitors client data.
Carries out the training in Response to Extreme Behaviors as needed for BMAC staff and school district personnel.
Participates in the development and design of BMAC and/or Neuro-rehabilitation clients, services, staff training packages and new staff orientation systems.
Represents BMAC and/or Neuro-rehabilitation clients at conferences, resource fairs and invited presentations for funders, client families and other potential referral sources.
Delivers both corrective and positive feedback to field staff regarding implementation of defined protocols and adherence to program rules.
Consults with BMAC Director and/or the Director of Clinical Management or the Executive Director when staff or client behaviors present potential risk management concerns and participate in problem-solving to ameliorate risk.
Participates in client team meetings in-person or by teleconference when requested or expected by customer.
Participates in special projects and performs related duties as required.

Education and/or
Experience:
Master''s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years applied experience in human services. (Significant applicable experience plus Bachelor''s Degree may be substituted for Master''s Degree). Must be eligible to be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. Excellent organization, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
