Overviews
Dispatchers prioritize and coordinate all Communications Center activities, transportation scheduling and logistics. Responsible for 40 drivers. Communicate with drivers via phone, GPS, text and email. Handle calls from patients and facilities. Morning and afternoon shifts available. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays, usually once per month. Average 40-45 hours per week. OT paid after 40 hours.
Compensation
$10.00 per hour to start
Review for increase after 90 days, then annually

Experience in multi-tasking, scheduling, working in high-pressure environment
Customer service experience helpful
Good computer skills
