Overviews
Fleet Manager is responsible for training and monitoring drivers, screening/interviewing candidates, conducting orientation, ensuring employees have current certifications, and communicating with customers, patients and facilities. Also ensures vehicle upkeep, supply in vehicles are maintained, etc. Responsible for 40 drivers. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-6 p.m., with occasional early morning or late afternoon calls. On call on Saturdays.
