The role is responsible for providing a broad array of administrative and HR related support to the HR Director and HR Managers at LG&E and KU Energy. Regularly communicates with front line managers and employees regarding issues and questions, must demonstrate initiative to resolve issues, work to build and develop relationships with managers and employees, and believe in exceeding customer service expectations to ensure a positive experience for employees and managers.
Associate degree in HR, business or related field; Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated administrative support experience is required; Successful candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and written skills to include accurate grammar and spelling proficiency; Individuals must have experience in handling a variety of tasks while ensuring deliverables are met through managing changing priorities; Demonstrated PC proficiency with a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); PeopleSoft experience is desired; Prior HRIS system experience is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
