Customer Service Representative
in our Louisville, KY location
Sunday - Thursday
8:00am to 5:00pm
Job duties to include taking inbound orders from facilities via phone from across the US and dispatch the order to the appropriate area for prompt delivery.
This individual will follow the order from start to finish. Will input all information into company database.
Must have excellent phone, data entry and multi-tasking skills.
Must be very customer service oriented to deal with our customers and field personnel.
The primary duties of this position are to know all product lines and be able to train and teach this to fellow employees, clients and field staff.
Dispatching and tracking all orders received to the appropriate field personnel.
This position requires maintaining relations with a variety of customers/clients (i.e. physicians, nurses, discharge planners, case managers, nursing facilities, etc.) and is also responsible for assisting with completion of required paperwork for billing.

Maintain a working knowledge of RecoverCare products and services offered to clients/companies.
All employees will be cross-trained to learn all aspects of Customer Service, including call center, dispatch, and billing. Employees could be working in one area for an unspecified amount of time depending on the needs of the department.
Dispatch and track all orders received on a daily basis to field personnel.
Must be very detail oriented and conduct follow ups with facilities and staff
Audit field staff on a daily/weekly basis on their time (i.e. keep a time sheet, deliveries, pick-ups, warehouse duties etc)
Receives all incoming calls from customers needing service. Obtains as much information as possible in order to expedite the order.
Complete all functions for Specialty Bed and Oxygen billing.
File monthly invoices and supporting documents.
Is knowledgeable regarding company policy on documentation requirements, credits, and inventory procedures.
Remain familiar with Medicare/Medicaid and other insurance guidelines, realizing the effect they have on the referral sources.
Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with all state and federal regulatory standards, and for the dignity and respect of the patient.
Collect, screen and evaluate information to identify and pursue opportunities, which improve all aspects of patient care and services, thereby increasing client satisfaction.
Accurately track and record data used to identify patient outcomes.
Work with all Managers and staff to ensure company standards are followed consistently and accurately in all locations
Must have excellent data entry skills and have MSWord, Excel and Outlook experience.

Customer Service experience in a fast paced call center
Experience in Durable Medical Equipment preferred, but not required
Must be well spoken and have excellent customer service skills to deal with inbound customer calls.
Must have a clean criminal background
Experience with MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook preferred, but not required
Must have excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to multi-task throughout the entire day

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
