Randstad National Recruiting Services is seeking skilled customer service professionals for openings on the south side of Louisville, KY (South Newburg Area) with a large financial services company. This role is a temporary role that will start in late August and will last about 6 months with a potential for longer depending on the needs of the business. In this role you will receive technical requests by telephone or email regarding customer inquires. Responds to inquiries from customers, providers and/or others for information and assistance. Performs research to respond to inquiries and makes determinations to ensure most effective response. May upsell or suggest products and services. May seek assistance with complex customer services issues. Some roles may involve outbound phone calls.
-Positions are temporary, estimated to last 6 months.
-Pay rates will be at $13.00 / hour.
-Multiple shifts are available, but seeking candidates with availability between 9am-12pm, including weekend shifts.
Randstad offers medical/dental benefits, a weekly pay schedule and direct deposit!
Working hours: Multiple Shifts Available; including weekend work. 40 hour
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
+2 years customer service experience
+1 year technical support experience
Applicant must be detail oriented, able to multitask, be accurate in data entry and have good communication skills.
Must have a strong passion for service, ensuring the customer's needs are adequately served.
Skilled in use of basic office equipment, i.e., fax, photocopying equipment, etc.
Candidate must possess a professional telephone skills, be self-directed, well-organized, detail oriented with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Client requires completion of background check and drug screening prior to assignment start date
HS Diploma or GED
