Job Description
Operate, maintain, and repair assigned equipment and other building systems in such a manner as to insure optimal customer relations.
Essential Duties
Perform preventative maintenance and repair.
Required to detect and diagnose minor problems and correct the problems before they become major problems.
Responsible for disassembling defective equipment and repairing or replacing with the necessary parts.
Perform plumbing duties as necessary.
Responsible for testing machines to ensure it is running smoothly and properly.
Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to work in seasonal weather.
Job duties may be modified at any time.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of one (1) year maintenance experience is required.
Must be able to communicate in English verbally and written.
