Humanais seeking an Information Security Awareness Consumer Advocate who will:provide systems IT security expertise in a broad range of disciplines tosupport the awareness and utilization of security solutions across theenterprise for business needs. In this role you will identify IT security userexperience opportunities and roadblocks of Perfect Service for external andinternal customers. You will focus on and collaborate with subject matterexperts in finding and implementing acceptable and well-balanced securitysolutions that support and reflect the intentions of all Humana values but withparticular emphasis on: Rethinking Routine and PioneeringSimplicity.
Thisincludes the following:
Enhance end users' experience by simplifying IT security controls without increasing risk to Humana.
o This will be accomplished through gaining a thorough knowledge of the end users' experience (hands-on, feedback) and seeking solutions to enhance and simplify.
Enable awareness to end users on information security tools and training to enable business solutions and consumer experience.
o This will be accomplished by staying abreast of technology trends, anticipating adaptation in the work place and seeking solutions to enable end users.
Roleand Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of IT security consumer advocates (identify, report and collaborate on solutions)
Become the consumer and understand IT security challenges
Dialogue and Interact with Humana EIP management about security user experience challenges, perceptions, awareness/value, and impact.
Stay abreast of new training and awareness technologies
Develop short and long term strategies to enhance Information security consumer awareness.
Develop and publish Information Security communications to consumers/market.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
IT security experience including strategic guidance for improving IT consumer security experience, broad knowledge of current security technology solutions, and the ability to observe and detect rethinking routine and simplification opportunities
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and strong emotional intelligence. Ability to talk with average every day users (CSR, physicians, business, etc.), managers, and senior leaders to gain a clear sense of their security user experience;
Understands principles of information security at broad and high levels
Strong Information Security Awareness and Training background
