Part-Time Box Office Attendant

Candidates will be responsible for selling tickets to the general public from the KFC Yum! Center's box office using the Ticketmaster system. Duties include assisting customers with ticket purchases, distributing will call tickets to customers for various events and concerts and providing general KFC Yum! Center information (i.e. upcoming events, ticket availability, event selection). Ticket sellers must be enthusiastic, outgoing people. Candidates must be computer literate and possess a fan friendly, quality service attitude at all times. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.Essential
Responsibilities:- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers with ticket purchases using Ticketmaster- Distribution of will call to customers for various events- Assist customers with general KFC Yum! Center information (event availability, event pricing, seat selection, event schedules)- Accurately reconcile all ticket sales transactions, will call receipts and coupons/vouchersRequirements:- Must possess and exude a positive and team-oriented attitude- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment- Must be able to accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash and/or other payment methods- Must be able to exhibit excellent communication skillsPart time box office positions start at $9/hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
