SCS Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our customer, General Electric, inside the Appliance Park. The essential function of this position is to provide the best quality of customer service support to GE Plants, vendors and customers. Shifts available: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm. Duties and
Responsibilities:
RequirementsPull weekly data metrics from Access and input into Excel Spreadsheets
Plan shipments by working closely with Customers (internal & external), Transportation, Area Distribution Centers
Call customers to schedule delivery appointments
Resolve Issues via email or telephone
Point of contact for shipment issues
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting
Experience working in team oriented environment
Ability to troubleshooting and problem solving
Excellent judgment, problem solving skills, and decision making
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Application Software, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Access and Oracle experience a plus
