Position
Summary:
Incumbent is responsible to execute communication plans that are delivered to all levels of the organization via different channels, including e-mail, web, printed documentation and presentations. Primary responsibilities include final design and delivery of communication work products and assets including HTML design/layout, graphical elements, and related components (including, but not limited to video elements, development of distribution lists, and administration of communication asset libraries). Must be able to manage multiple competing priorities to deliver completed work products for multiple ongoing projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, graphics design tools, and the technical acumen to quickly understand a variety of other applications. The incumbent works as an integral member of a small team that supports a global organization, so must be a self-started who is able to able to work independently and with multiple virtual teams.
Responsibilities:
Graphic design
Determine the best way to graphically depict an otherwise boring or technically complex message. Must possess proficiency in graphic design tools and have proven competency in delivering innovative and easy-to-understand design concepts. Also provide creative and design support for MGTI branding and internal marketing.
Presentations
Develop and deliver highly-polished executive presentations as part of projects, initiatives, and ongoing management strategies. Must be able to include a strong design element that is consistent with the MGTI brand, while also providing a creative element.
Support materials
Complete and deliver the final design of email and web-based content in support of MGTI projects and initiatives. Also deliver final versions of how to content including launch announcements, end-user documentation, PowerPoint presentations, tips, white papers, etc.
Communications backup
Provide backup support for communications professionals in draft content. Consult with MGTI teams, offering editorial and design advice as they develop website content, process documentation, presentations, HR information, executive status updates, etc.
Video content delivery
Edit stories about accomplishments and the value MGTI offers the firm; communicate progress against goals. Maintain templates and supporting material that provide a consistent look and feel for all MGTI content (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and email templates, logos, banners, etc.).
Education (degree / diploma):
Bachelor's degree or related experience. Preferably, degree/background should be in Graphic Design, English, Communication, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
5 years in communications or related field.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Must have solid graphic design experience, with proven results working in a technical business environment.
Advanced editing, proofreading, composition skills and exceptional attention to detail; proven technical and persuasive writing skills.
Strong visual identity and graphic design skills.
Expert ability to distill complex or verbose materials to brief, easily understood graphic representations.
Experience with various media, chiefly e-mail, web pages, documents and presentations.
Video editing and/or management a plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Expert command of graphic design tools (e.g., PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.) along with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Visio.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
Understanding of large, multinational corporate environments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
